Rory has enjoyed over 16 years of industry experience, which has yielded numerous pieces of high-quality, family heirloom furniture as well as stunning, top of the line solid surface counter tops mounted on creatively beautiful custom cabinetry. If you can imagine it, he can make it a reality.

John has over 40 years of industry experience, though he rarely admits that to the general public. He is, after all, only 35 . . . with "experience". John has lovingly passed down his sacred secrets to the next two generations of the family business, and he is very much an active and vital pillar of the company.

Deborah has over 14 years of experience with "finishing and fine detail", and has recently been thrust into the cabinetry and solid surface workshop. While she is the newbie on the team's shop floor, she never lets the guys forget who the master of the office is.

The children have less than 13 minutes of combined sanding experience . . . during a cartoon commercial.
